Login process & security — detailed guide

Logging in to Sona 104 is quick and straightforward. Simply enter your mobile number, email, or user ID along with your password to access your account instantly. Most players prefer logging in with their mobile number since it's the easiest to remember.

Stay alert when logging in — always make sure you're on the official sona104.pro site. Look for the green padlock icon in your browser's address bar to confirm your connection is secure. Beware of fake Sona 104 sites — we have one address and one address only.

Enabling "Remember this device" means you won't need to enter your password every time — but only use this on your personal device. Never enable it on a shared or public device. Always make it a habit to log out when you're done.

Sona 104 will never call you or email you asking for your password. Anyone requesting your password is attempting to defraud you — never share it under any circumstances, and report it to our support team immediately. The security of your account is entirely in your hands.

Entering the wrong password multiple times may temporarily lock your account — this is a security measure. If locked, use the "Forgot Password" option or contact our support team. You can usually try again automatically after 15 minutes.

Sona 104 supports two-factor authentication (2FA). After logging in, go to Settings to enable 2FA — you'll be prompted for a one-time OTP on every login, sent only to your mobile. This significantly strengthens your account security.
